Looking for a roommate to share a 2B2B apartment.

I recently signed a lease for 2B2B apartment unit in Bristol Commons, Sunnyvale, the lease starts July 19th. I am looking for a roommate to occupy one of the bedrooms with an adjacent bathroom for yourselves.

- Central air conditioning
- Has ample storage space in the patio

- Guest parking available
- complex pool, jacuzzi & gym

Room availabe for rent -
Location:
- Room has a sliding closet, adjacent washroom
- Minutes away from downtown Sunnyvale
- The Sunnyvale Caltrain Station is just minutes from the door
- Highways 237 and 101 are also nearby for commuting by car.
- Rent: $1,630/month + utilities
- Utilities: Cable/internet and electric ranges, misc. from 50-$100/month, per person
- Deposit: $300
- Available: July 19th
- $50 application fee
- If you sign the lease before the 19th of July, you can get 2 weeks of rent off in the second month.

About me: I am a male, working professional in my mid 20s. I'm easy going, sociable, enjoy playing board games. I'm clean and tidy, don't smoke, but drink ocasionally. I enjoy reading, cycling.

Looking for: I don't have pets but am open for someone with a dog. You have to be open-minded with good boundaries, clean, responsible and pay rent on time. I'm looking for a person preferably in their 20s or 30s, doesn't smoke, enjoy shared meals from sometimes.

Due to the pandemic, I'm looking for someone who is responsible about sheltering in place and social distancing. This means that i'd want someone who meets few people face to face. It's unusual times and I want to make sure that I don't bring the virus home.
