$1300 Beautiful Sunnyvale home w/ rooms to rent

Hi Potential Roomate,

I have a room to rent in a clean and beautiful Eichler Modern style home in Sunnyvale. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath. There is a washer & dryer in the garage and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The Backyard is pretty spacious and there is a place to set up a garden also. (We currently have some tomatoes growing) There's a shopping center & large park 2 blocks away.

Inside we have hardwood floors throughout except the bedrooms are all carpeted. I have 1 dog who is a mix between a rottweiler and a dachshund which basically it's a Rotty with itty bitty little legs. He is very unique looking and extremely friendly.

I have one other roomate. We both work at one of the top 5 tech companies so we are usually out doing something.
