Room for rent in quiet Sunnyvale

Looking for a roommate to take the empty bedroom in a wonderful two bedroom apartment. Room is about 13x12.

Apartment was basically new when I moved in in February... New carpet, fresh paint, and amenities include a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, garage for storage, laundry room, patio with garden, and a parking spot. One bathroom and a spacious living room with room for furniture if you have it.

A little about me is that I'm in my 30's, I'm a chef for Google and private chef on the side, I have a 1 1/2 year old boy who is absolutely amazing. I really love music and motorcycles and people tell me that I am personable.

The kiddo will stay with me on the weekends. Unless I have an event... He may be with me more often than just the weekends but we are both very active so we will be out a lot. He sleeps very well and he is so darn cute that you will probably just fall in love with him immediately!

Like I said, The apartment is slightly furnished but if you have pieces you'd like to use we can figure that out once you see the apartment.

Utilities vary month to month and we split those. We can go over those details in depth once you feel like you want to move forward.

Great location in a quiet caldesac right down the street from El Camino, Steven's Creek Trail, shopping, food, MVHS...

Right now is a time of uncertainty which means schedules could change, business can change but this space is special as far as bang for your buck and quality goes... looking to fill the spot by Aug. 1st. The one year lease ends in February and we can see if we want to do month to month after that.
