Double room with private bath Sunnyvale

Hi, my name is Rose. I’m looking to share my home in Sunnyvale near 237 & 101. The rent is $1350 that includes house/kitchen privileges, all utilities, Wifi, Direct TV with DVR, washer/dryer, private bathroom across the hall. The rental room is actually 2 rooms separated by an accordion door that can be left opener closed. The house is located in a clean safe mobile home park. There is parking, a nice back yard and a community pool. I try to provide a comfortable drama free environment for my housemate.
