Hi, we are 4 male working professionals looking for 1 roommate for a lease on a house in Sunnyvale. We don't have a specific preference in a roommate but we would prefer a working professional.

About the roommates:
I am a software engineer, one of my roommate is a hardware engineer, one is a handyman and one is a student. We have lived at this location for about 4 years. We also have a sweet, friendly golden retriever name Ryder.

About the Location:
It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sunnyvale with easy access to the 101, 237, Central Expressway etc. There are tennis courts and basketball at the nearby Ponderosa Park.
It is about a 5 minute drive away from a multitude of tech companies including the new Apple office, Applied Materials and about 10-15 min away from google/facebook offices.

3 bedrooms (1 master)
2 bathrooms (1 private in master)
1 semi-private room
Fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining room

About the room:
*Partially Furnished (mattress & boxspring and bookshelf)
*Cozy room with a small closet.
*Carpeted
*Nice size window to let in natural sunlight.

Additional Info:
*Full Kitchen privilege ( refrigerator, freezer, oven/stove, rice cooker, microwave, pots, pans, dishes)
* We have a small gym area in the backyard that we are slowly building out
*Deposit in the amount of $1100 Plus first months rent to move in.
*Overnight guest is fine, inform the roommates if overnight is over 1 week. Usually we ask the person to cover a bit of the utilities if staying over a week.
*2 people can share the room but the rent will be $200 extra as well as a portion of the utility
Not too keen on bringing in additional pets.
