I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in a quaint, fully furnished 2-story townhouse in West San Jose. I would like to note that I own a loving 5 year old Husky dog who's fully trained. My ideal roommate: someone clean & tidy, responsible, respectful, and who's also open to being friends. I enjoy inviting friends over for dinner or a movie, but am not looking to host wild or thunderous parties at night. I'm looking for someone who lives a healthy lifestyle and is financially stable.

The townhouse is located on a quiet and charming community close to West San Jose. Main intersections are Stevens Creek & Saratoga Avenue. Shopping Centers close by are Mitsuwa, Lions Market, Santana Row, Valley Fair Mall, DSW, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Marshalls, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and many other shops & restaurants.

It's also walking distance to a bus stop and about a 2 minute drive to the I-280 freeway.
