The house is lovely newly renovated 4+2.
Huge master bedroom with private bath and entrance with hardwood floors is available from 1st of March.
House has a lovely kitchen common area, garden w barbecue + hut tub and parking is available.
We have high speed 1gb/s fast internet.
Fire place.
Hot tub at the garden.
Big garden to relax and welcome to our friends and family.
Barbecue area.

Washer and dryer in unit.
Rent amount doesn't include utilities.
Movie area with reclining and L shape sofa.

Gardener cost $10 a month.
Cleaner comes ones a month $20.

House is in a vert safe area so no worries of breaking in house or your car( never happened last 3 years of my stay)
Close to shopping malls ( for example West field and West gate)
10 mins drive to San Jose Airport.
10 mins drive to San Jose city College.
15 mins drive to De Anza College.
10-20 mins drive to most famous tech companies.

Requirements:
We are looking for working professionals age range is 21-35
No Pets policy.
No smoking in the house.

One Security Deposit same as rent amount.
