Security deposit: $1,000 due upon move-in
Single Occupany only. May consider 1 additional cat that is fixed and well-behaved to not destroy the place (to be discussed during interview process). No dogs per policy.

About Me:
- Non-techie in my early 30?s who works in the Startup industry
- No kids, non-smoker/no drugs. Social drinker (a glass of wine or IPA at home, or the occasional bar outing)
- My interests include: The outdoors, hiking, camping, reading, cooking, tons of music, traveling, art/DIY projects, and just relaxing at home over Netflix, movies or board games
- Friendly, down to earth, quiet, sarcastic sense of humor, and get along with most personalities. I?m pretty independent and enjoy my ?me time? at home. Non-religious or political.
- I have a male indoor only kitty that is fixed and well-behaved. He mostly hangs out in my room when I?m not there, but has full roam of the place

About You:
- Working professional financially responsible to pay rent 1st of every month/utilities on time
- Cat-friendly and not allergic a must!
- Non-smoker/no drugs with a responsible relationship with alcohol
- Mentally/emotionally stable and communicates like an adult
- Mature, responsible, CLEAN (contributes to keeping common areas tidy, takes out the trash, etc.), friendly, quiet, and mutually respects the place and other peoples? personal property. I?m looking for someone who takes pride in their home and wants to live in a quiet and drama-free environment.

Landlord and property manager require a credit and standard background check with the application process for all candidates. Strongly prefer someone who has experience living with another roommate, or shared space.
