Hi there! Currently looking for a new roommate asap, in a 3bed, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in the lovely Willow Glen area. Serious inquiries only, 1 year lease.
The complex is three floors with two outdoor patios, backyard, and central heating/ air, with washer and dryer in unit.
We are looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of others. Must be okay with animals, we have 1 cat who's super friendly and energetic, and someone who is okay with sharing a bathroom. We are two females in our late 20s, working 40hrs a week. We mostly keep to ourselves but occasionally have movie/ wine nights.
You'll have full access to the kitchen, laundry, common areas, and theres plenty of street parking depending on the time of day. Guests are welcomed but due to covid we ask to keep it very limited or feel free to use the outdoor patio/ backyard on the first floor.
Rent is $1100, $1300 for a couple. Utilities run about $75 or so depending on the season.
