$550 mo room for rent

Room for rent for $550 month(august will be prorated)+ $300 dep. What?s included: ultilities, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer in home. Carport parking, big window in room. Brand new carpet and paint. Will accept 1 cat. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Also is a shared bathroom with one other female(toilet paper is included). Shared kitchen with a big freezer that you can use. This is a mobile home and it?s in a good mobile home park. The park has a computer room and a pool that is also available to use even with a friend. Owner lives in home and only 1 other renter.
