We have a room in our large house that is available starting on December 1st.
About the house:
The house is fairly new (3 story) and is located in North Willow Glen, within walking distance to both downtown San Jose and Downtown Willow Glen. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a dining room, kitchen, living room with a fireplace, a den that leads to a small patio, washer / dryer, the usual utilities.
About the room:
The room is approximately 9 feet by 12 feet with a walk-in closet. Private bathroom and bedroom located on the main floor next along with the kitchen and living room. Utilities usually run somewhere between $60-$100/month. The current house lease is month to month.
About us:
We're a pretty balanced house. Although we all have our own lives, we hang out in the common spaces and have fun together as well. We also all have regular work schedules so things are reasonably calm in the evenings during the week (and usually on the weekends too).
We currently have one well behaved house cat.
