I have a home in Austin and will be spending most of my time there for the next year. The townhome is located in a park like setting, in a safe and quiet tree-lined neighborhood. There is so much to enjoy here! The patio oversized and beautiful – perfect for someone who enjoys to garden or just listen to the birds and watch butterflies. There is a clubhouse with beautiful pool and picnic tables/BBQ for residents to enjoy. You will share the guest bathroom with infrequent guests as needed. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, cable and utilities included.
