i am a semi-retired male, i'm on disability but they are not obvious. i will be living in the master bedroom , i spend a lot of time in the recliner when not working or riding my bike, you will have the smaller bedroom and the living room. it's a duplex ,unit is in the back, unseen from the street. big beautiful yard . i have two indoor cats so no more pets. i'm a quiet , easy going guy , no loud music or parties . this is a friendly home, all privledges . washer and dryer in home. some storage in garage . parking in driveway! close to freeways , shopping and eatery's., smoking ok outside , furnis hed or not
