Available is one bedroom in a modern four-bedroom, three-bath house in the desirable Willow Glen community. The room will be available beginning Feb. 1, 2022. The possibility to move in the last week of January can also be discussed.

The home, which was built in 2004, has beautiful hardwood floor throughout the living room and kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, and a wonderful patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture that faces the mountains. It also has a washer/dryer in unit so no more trips to the cleaners. One of the biggest perks of living here is that the house is fully furnished (outside of the available bedroom) and the utilities are already up and running. We split all utilities evenly.

The three roommates currently occupying the home are all male working professionals between 25-31 years of age. We are seeking a similarly-aged roommate, preferably male, with common interests. One roommate has a small, friendly dog that does not bark. We like sports, music, summer BBQs and spending time on the patio.

The available bedroom is the only one on the lower level and shares a bathroom with one other individual. The bedroom measures approximately 10x10.5 and is adjacent to the bathroom and kitchen.

The home does not include assigned parking spaces but ample street parking is available just steps away.

The home is located two miles from Downtown Willow Glen and a two-minute walk to a nearby park with a large grass area, picnic tables and basketball court.

Ideally looking for a one-year lease with one-month's rent as security deposit. Monthly rent is $1,150 plus utilities. Sorry, no smokers or pets. Terms of the lease are negotiable to a certain extent.
