Fully furnished room

Hey yall! My name is leena and I am 25 years old. I’m renting out a private room and private bathroom in my house. The room is fully furnished (with a tv!) but can also be unfurnished if preferred. It is located across the house, so you would have lots of privacy. There will also be a full bathroom to yourself. The house is 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath, and has a nice backyard with a garden, flowers, and Firepit area. Home is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart, etc. there are currently two of us living here, me and my fiancé. I am a student and my fiancé is military. We have two cats and a mini dachshund (they are all super friendly and sweet!) but due to this, we don’t want anymore pets.
About me: I REALLY enjoy water activities ( the beach, surfing, scuba, swimming, paddle boarding) I also enjoy dancing, cooking, and gardening. I am spiritual, so all religions are welcome here. I am in school to be a rad tech, and I will be graduating in 2025!
About my fiancé: he enjoys golfing and video games. Very introverted. He is either in his game room or out golfing when I’m not home!
