This is a 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that I reside in. This particular room is on a one-story with a shared bathroom located directly across from it. This room is an unfunished room that includes free daily parking, cable + internet and utilities. Common areas which will be accessible to all residents are as follows: Kitchen, living room, office space with printer, laundry room, patio and grounds. All room rentals will require a $200 security deposit, $850 rent payment every 4 weeks that is due by the first of each month. Located less than 5 minutes from I 26 interstate, this room is close to many neighboring stores and restaurants.
