Welcome to Kenya! This is NOT an apartment; it is a furnished room in a multi-family dwelling. Windows on 2 walls, you get plenty of sunshine. With original African art, this room has a warm, inviting look. A comfortable queen-size bed, 40-inch flat screen TV, 2 refrigerators (a dorm size fridge in room; full size is right outside room in hall), microwave, Keurig coffee maker, easy chair and beautiful maple furniture are all there for you. I supply linens, towels, breakfast food, coffee, tea, soap, utensils and spices in the shared kitchen. You will share a bathroom with one other room; it is currently unoccupied. Relax in the outdoor entertainment area, use the walking path, stroll through the meditation garden, or just sit in the shade on this gorgeous one acre property. Your rent includes all of your utilities and use of the laundry room. 15 minutes from I26, 20 minutes from I95, walking distance to stores, post office, bank and library.
