I am renting a 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse. The rest of the townhouse is furnished except for the room for rent, which is partially furnished, as seen in the photo. The room is currently a "cat room", but I will be removing all items from the room once a roommate is found (unless they want the cat tree, hammock, futon, and desk in there...). The TV is mounted and available for use.
