The Residential Furnished Room Rental has a Police Officer who is a Member of the Neighborhood. The Residential Furnished Room Rental is located near the Northwoods Mall, Wannamaker Park, the New North Charleston, SC T-Mobile Company, Walmart, Grocery Store, ETC. The Residential Furnished Room Rental is also located near the North Charleston, SC Public Transportation Bus Routes. The Residential Furnished Room Rental is located in a Smoke Free, Drug Free and Alcohol Free Environment. There will be No Overnight Guest Allowed. There will be Driveway Parking available. I Request that you Please have Full Time and Reliable Employment. I also Request that you Please have Excellent Hygiene. The Residential Furnished Room Rental has a Shared Bathroom located Directly Outside of the Bedrooms. All Utilities are included (Including Free WIFI) with the Exception of Providing One Third (1/3RD) or (1/2TH) of the Residential Monthly Electric and Gas Expenses. To Move In will be $175.00 (Weekly)- Residential Furnished Room Rental with a $500.00 Security Deposit, a Signed Residential Furnished Room Rental Application and a Lease Agreement along with a Background Check. ***There will be a Background Check Fee. ***If You Pass the Background Check and You Move In, the Background Check Fee will be Refunded.
