Single Room in 1 bed house in Briarcliff

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate. The house is about 8 minutes (driving time) from Lander University campus. This room comes furnished with one twin bed, two sets of drawers, a desk, and two wardrobes (Picture shows 2, but there is only 1). This room is very large and has its own private bathroom. Home is located on an acre lot with ample parking and large back deck.  This room does not have a closet but does have two wardrobes. Rent is 675/monthly. We do have two pets(1 dog and 1 cat).
