The room has a walk in closet with shelves, a private bathroom, fully furnished with stackable dresser and more storage on the on the headboard, a desk with chair, and ceiling fan that has 4 setting. The rent will be the lowest rate at the Pier of $675 a month including utilities. The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen and patio with 2 current roommates. It is a gated community using decals to enter and residents parking passes. Friends / Guests ring your room to be let in and have assisgned parking for visiting. The Pier is walking distance from the college bars, CCU and Tech. There is a club house, swimming pool, fire pit lounge, outdoor fitness lawn and 24-hour fitness center for their residents to use as shown.
