Seeking Roommate to help cover the bills

This house is set up for two people and about a mile from the Garden City Pier. The room being rented is the houses master bedroom which comes with a walk-in closet and personal bathroom. There is even a back door seperate entrance if you want to be discrete as well as a laundry room with working appliances. We would likely cross paths in the kitchen.
