Master suite and huge bath, lots of storage

I have 2 teenagers who live with me part time. I have 3 cats and a bird. The townhouse is 2,400sqft in a gated community less than a mile from Carowinds. Amenities include a covered back porch next to the water, community lake to fish, pool and tennis courts. Smoking allowed outside. We love animals, so cat friendly dogs are welcome, although there is no yard. There is a small fenced in patio area. Looking for an open-minded a female who is fully employed and doesn’t mind a messy roommate.
