Relax at this peaceful place where you can walk to Solano Square for breakfast, groceries or a 2 minute drive to downtown for great restaurants & shops near the waterfront. Tour the Bay Area or spend a week sightseeing the Wine Country in Napa & Sonoma Counties. Plenty of parking. Quiet street. It is a quiet and peaceful home. Little to no fragrance in the home as I'm allergic to most fragrances including laundry detergent. I prefer a Christian professional but all are welcome. Let's see if we vibe :)
Short term 1 month to 6 months is ok. Long term is ok too.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Bathroom is in the hallway. You have it all to yourself every other week. The shower and tub is all yours.

I am a friendly 46 year single mother and my 14 yr old son is home every other week. I work from home. I am not much of a talker, am an introvert, and pretty much just take care of what I need to do. My son is a respectful quiet boy. He's usually in his room and comes out to eat haha! We like the peaceful atmosphere in the house. I am very allergic to cats and dogs. We do have a quiet dwarf bunny who has his own living area.

You: You are friendly, respectful and like a quiet atmosphere. I prefer a male professional but a female is ok too if we vibe. Background check is a must. Someone who works during the day is ideal. No smoking, no alcohol in the house and definitely no drugs including marijuana. Thank you for understanding. No overnight guests.
