Large bedroom and private bathroom in Fairfield CA

The room is very big with your own private bathroom. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Access to entire house, backyard, and one space in garage. ALL utilities included. We live in Fairfield CA, which is about a 40-45 min drive from San Francisco and Sacramento. We do have a two year old son and a black lab who is very friendly. I am a nurse, and my husband is a lineman. We are looking to replace our current roommate. We keep to ourselves, but if you want to hang out we are always down! I am a clean person and either clean myself weekly or hire someone to come in and clean. I like to cool, grill out, and do anything outdoors. My husband works a lot and is an avid fly fisherman!
