House is a two-story, 5-bedroom-3-bath, 2500 square feet located in a very quiet neighborhood of Fairfield, Ca. Easy access to highway 12 and I-80, about 8 miles from Travis Air Base. This neighborhood is located in the corner of Waterman and Oliver Roads near Rancho Solano

This is for One(1) Female tenant only. The tenant will share common areas with other female tenants such as the kitchen, bathroom, living rooms, and other common areas in the house. Only Bed and mattress included in the rent.

We are looking for a person who has a full-time job. A responsible, organized, trusty, respectful, drama-free that and always clean after themselves.

The bedroom for rent is upstairs. I and my wife occupy the master bedroom, while all the other bedrooms are being rented out to other female tenants.

My wife works as a District school teacher. I worked as a Pastor of a Church in Vallejo and at the same time run my own real estate brokerage.

No smoking, drinking, and partying allowed, Absolutely no overnight guest allowed. Guests allowed only up to 9 PM. Security Cameras installed on the premises.

Covid-19-All people/tenants who live in the house all received the covid vaccine.

-Must have excellent credit(740+), no criminal/eviction/drug/dui history , and good personal/professional references

-Amount to move-in is $750 + $750 (security deposit) - Total: $1500
