Rooms For rent 6 BR House

So, I bought a house. I Move in on the 15th of May! First time home Owner, Veteran, Gamer.

I am a 35 Year old working Professional in the tech/construction field. I very much keep to myself. I am not a creep or any of that BS. I am looking for like-minded individuals male or female to share this home with. There will be a house warming BBQ at the end of May just FYI, looking to fill the rooms ASAP.. they are unfurnished.

Also the garage has a room in it that was used as a private salon w/ Hairwash station in it.

I bought this house to support my kids visiting twice a year so 2 rooms are reserved for them then of course the master for me. I have 3 rooms available, first come first serve.

$1200/mo +$500 Deposit - Utilities Included (elec, wifi, trash, water, gas)

I am really laid back and chill, i do not have alot of stuff as this is the first house ive ever owned...but it is a super beautiful house to which i can provide pictures upon request. Tons of Space, 3100 Sq Ft.
