INCLUDED: Rent includes water, electric, garbage, pest control, Xfinity High Speed Internet, Cable, and Security (to include Ring Doorbell). I will maintain all landscaping. Laundry is on site. Driveway and walkway are lit up at night. New roommate has access to a newly renovated kitchen, living room with multiple TVs, and a shared bathroom.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: I'm a 32yr old Male, Air Force Veteran (Roommate and Landlord), with a small 10yr old Jack Russell terrier and 10 week puppy. Other roommate is an Active Duty Air Force Female. HOUSE RULES: Must be pet-friendly. No additional pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. Roommate must be responsible and willing to pick up after themselves. Bar station, and outdoor shed are off limits but there is some space in garage for your personal storage.
