have a room available in a 2 bedroom house. House comes with a garage and backyard that you will have access to. Also comes with washer and dryer. I have couches in the living for you to use. There is street parking and sometimes driveway access. Looking for someone that is respectful, responsible, clean and doesn’t have too many guests over. We’ll spilt utilities. I’m always working and taking care of the house. I’m a respectful, easy going, as well as drama free male. I’m also a neat and organized person. I’m looking for a roommate who shares the same values.
