Quiet home in Suisun

My wife and I have a room for rent for one female tenant. Females only for the comfort of my wife. Approx 100 sq ft unfurnished. $600/month which includes gas, electric, water, garbage and Wi-Fi. We require first month's rent and a $600 refundable deposit. Quiet and safe neighborhood in Suisun near the shopping center and public transit. Most of the neighbors know each other, wave, and look out for each other. Parking is on the street in front of the house. You will have full house privileges of common areas including kitchen and laundry. You will have a shared bathroom with 1 other female tenant. My wife and I are friendly, quiet homebodies in our early thirties. We very rarely have guests over and would prefer someone that is the same. We are looking for one female who works full time, is clean, quiet, responsible, and trustworthy. No drama, smoking, drugs, overnight guests, or pets (some pets can be negotiable). We will respect you, your property and privacy, and we ask you to do the same. We strive to keep a quiet and safe home. There will be a rental agreement. References and proof of income will be needed.
