Single bedroom in 3/2 house

Roughly 13x10 empty bedroom with a large mirrored closet and big front window. I do have pets, so please none of your own. You will have sole use of the guest bathroom- I occasionally wash my dog in the tub and guests use this restroom, however I very rarely have guests. I try keep a very clean and tidy home with high standards of cleanliness. Smoking outside is okay but not indoors. Laundry machines available for most items (no oil, cement, sand, etc). As much as I’m an introvert and prefer my alone time and space, I’d also love an accountability buddy to exercise and eat healthy with. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions ☺️
