I have 1 room with private bath for rent in large 6 Bedroom home located in a quiet Vacaville court. I am a father of 3 boys (18, 16 & 7) that I have alternating custody with every other week. I have 1 friendly dog. You will have access to all areas of the house and there is an additional refrigerator in the garage if you choose to have your own. Rent covers all utilities. There is Wi-Fi onsite. my home is a non-smoking home and I do not allow any drugs (even medical marijuana onsite).
