Room(S) For Rent

Two partially furnished rooms available in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom two story home.

My boyfriend and I are looking to rent one or both of our spare bedrooms in Vacaville. Rent will be $700 per room plus utilities. The rooms comfortably fit a queen size bed, although you are more than welcome to bring your own furniture and the current beds can be moved. You will have your own bathroom unless both rooms are rented, then it will be shared.

Street parking is available and the washer and dryer are located upstairs next to the bedrooms.

We are looking for a quiet and clean preferably female occupant. We keep early hours so both of us are awake early then in bed early most weekdays. Must love dogs.

Rooms are currently unoccupied and if needed sooner than November 1st, we may discuss prorating rent.
