I own and reside in a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath 1700sq ft home in Browns Valley. The 4th bedroom is a loft/office. Rent is normally $800/mo w/ all utilities included however am lowering to $700 due to this short availability duration. The home is easy access to I80/505 and easy walking distance to the park. The home is a working professionals home and cleanliness is a must. There is one other incredibly clean individual to whom you will be sharing a bathroom. Upstairs laundry room right by bedrooms and all new appliances. Recently landscaped backyard. Streaming TV and fast wifi plus all utilities are included in rent. My aim is to make my renters' lives easy so they can focus on their careers/education and save up money for whatever is next. I am a 30y/o working professional living and working here.
