Furnished ! NICE PART OF TOWN ONLY ONE female*** person this is a nice area, safe! This room is a converted garage area with a private entrance and private parking. You have a private in room vanity and sink, the restroom is inside the house shared with my 15 yearOLDdaughter that is only here 10 days a month !NOmen!!! or kidsorpets! I have a pool which is why nokids!! The room has a refrigerator and microwave and table, it is furnished with a bed, wall mounted smart tv.. you get internet access and all Pge paid to a point unless I notice major excess usage. No kitchen in house access many have lived here just fine on a microwave and refrigerator. I have references of others before. Month to month ok. AGAIN NO-PETS-Kids-or GUESTS.
