Approx. 100 sq ft room. Looking for a clean tenant who doesn? t mind if a few toys migrate to the Living room(I only have 1 child). Room can be furnished with bed and dresser at your request. The room is directly closest to the laundry and the garage which has an additional fridge and deep freezer for food storage. If you require, you may have the second fridge for yourself. Shared areas would be the kitchen(fully stocked), the living room, and the laundry. NO pets. I have 2 large dogs already. No day guest or night guest unless approved in advance. Discount offered for active duty military. Home is approx. 4 miles from TAFB. Price is for 1 tenant. 2 would increase the monthly rate to $1100
