Beautiful private room & bathroom in a new house

My husband is an Immunology doctorate student at UC Davis. We also have a sweet dog that is a great pyrenees mix and loves lot's of cuddles. I work as a registered nurse, MSN. Our beautiful house was built from scratch about 3 years ago. The house is located right next to a park with picnic tables and running trails, also conveniently located 5 minutes away from both the freeway and both hospitals in town, and 15 minutes away from UC Davis university. Great location for short day trips to SF, Napa, Lake Tahoe, and Sacramento area. Private backyard has a therapeutic massaging hot tub and small grill. We will provide gym equipment that we have inside our garage. We can also provide a furnished room &bathroom if needed or we can leave them empty if you have your own furniture, etc. We pay for an alarm system monthly as well for extra security even though we live in an incredibly safe neighborhood. There is also tons of street parking since we live on a corner lot and next to the park. Utilities will be included in total rental price. We are renting out this room because our long-term tenant of 2 + years is sadly moving away. Applicants are required to complete a rental application (unless military) & interview. We will provide a lease for commitment of staying at least 3 months. If you are waiting for a house to be built in Vacaville then we will allow a 1-month lease if needed. NO smokers please.
