Two guest rooms for rent in East Vallejo.

My wife and I are looking to rent our two guest rooms in our home in quiet and peaceful East Vallejo. We are looking for clean, quiet, and responsible tenants who are able to stay for an initial three month agreement, with month-to-month leases thereafter. Both rooms are fully furnished. All utilities (water, gas, electricity, garbage, Internet, etc.), as well as laundry, are included in the monthly cost. Our home is well-kept and clean, and all public areas are open to tenants. We have a small dog (Cockapoo) that is friendly and hypoallergenic. We ask that our tenants do not smoke and are considerate of our home. Monthly rent for each room is $900, with a $450 security deposit that is returned upon final inspection.
