One bedroom available in a 4 bed 2 bath house.
Bathroom is shared room is NOT FURNISHED

We are VERY PRIVATE people, we will require a pre screen, in which We will be meeting you at a starbucks to sit down and chat with before inviting you into our home.
Smoking is okay. But NEVER inside. Friendly.
We are a a pretty quiet home.
Be respectful of the fact that other people live here. You may use any pots, pans, dishes, etc in the kitchen, but you MUST clean up after yourself.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.?
We ALL help clean the house.?
We have 3 dogs, Everyone is very friendly and quiet.?
We are maxed out on our pet limit, so pets are not allowed. No exceptions.?
We are very laid back and easy to get along with.?
Your bedroom door will have a lock on it (not that you need it).?

Deposit of $500 due at move in.
Rent will be pro rated if moving in any other day than the 1st of the month.

Requirements:?
income must be 2x the amount of rent.?
Rental references required.?
Must show proof of income.?

Rent is $800 a month and includes utilities
Smaller room is $700 a month
