Comfy room in vallejo

Hello there! Renting out my extra room in the 3 bedroom apartment ive got, looking for someone that is either working or going to school with a reliable income as there is an application process, im trying to fill it up asap so please get back to me with any questions you may have and ill gladly get back to you. All of the utilities and internet are included so all i expect is the rent and deposit. Looking more for a long term tenant than anything short term but happy to do short term also, His dog will be kept in his room for the most part other than to be taken out or walked. Its a very small dog
