Rooms are all on the north wing of the house and includes one private bathroom with a double sink, full access to the house, backyard and i?ve included utilities as a bonus. This includes ultra high speed wifi, water, electricity, gas, trash. I also have a washer and dryer upstairs as well. Utilities generally amounts to about $350 a month so these rooms are a steal. Located less than a mile away from the Ferry building you?re just a short ride into San Francisco or an easy commute as i?m located right near the I80, and 37 highways.
Unfortunately, i cannot accept any additional pets at the moment because my dogs already live here. Dog lovers given preference, as my dogs are my family. Im looking for a mature, responsible person. one who doesn?t like to bring the party home and enjoys maintaining a clean space.
