, peaceful space in a cottage home w/ free parking

Spacious room that accommodates a queen size bed that was recently purchased for the room. Washer and dryer access in the home. Easy street parking in a quiet neighborhood of mostly families and retired folk. Blocks away from major fwy entrances to SF and the Napa Valley. We are two older, quiet ladies that work as caregivers and adore our three cats. We’re hoping to find a third person that can fit into our quiet, easy going lifestyle. We’re not big partiers but I do enjoy cannabis and a glass of wine here and there. I don’t mind cigarette smoking as long as it’s outside. I do accept couples for an additional $300 for the 2nd person.
