Room available in a 3br 2b house

I am looking for a roommate to rent one of the rooms, and you’d have your own bathroom and obviously access to the entire house and back yard. House is located right along the River and is really quiet and beautiful.
Brand new floors throughout entire house, new Samsung stove and washer and dryer too!
I have 2 large awesome dogs, so you must love pups, but not be bringing your own or any other animals. Also no smokers, I’m highly allergic. And noooo drama.
I am a pastry chef who works crazy hours, usually nights, so someone who works during the day would be ideal so as to not disturb each other too much (if you like sweets, this is the place for you! Lol)
Rent it $1250 + 1000 deposit, which would be okay to split the first 2 months of necessary, and we’d split all utilities as well. Couples would be considered at a higher rent, under certain conditions.
