Private bedroom and bathroom for rent! $950- $1200

Looking to rent out one bedroom and one bathroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Property is available for $950 to an individual, and for $1,200 to a couple. The condo has a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and washing machine but is otherwise un furnished. As a renter you will have a reserved carport parking spot, access to the community swimming pool, and exercise room.

As for me, I am an electrician and spend most of my time traveling for work. I will not be at the property often but will give an advanced notice when I will be staying or stopping by. I also have a property manager who has agreed to check on the upkeep of the property for me if I am going to be away for an extended period of time. I am a very laid back and clean individual and I can be social or keep to myself depending on the renter. I do not allow smoking inside the property but you may smoke on the balcony. No pets allowed. No young children please (This is a second floor unit and I do not want to disturb my downstairs neighbors...). The property is listed for sale but arrangements can be made to accommodate your stay. With that, the renter must keep their bedroom and bathroom clean as well as pick up after themselves in the common areas in case there is an interested buyer who would like to view the property.

Water and garbage are included in rent but renter is expected to pay the electric bill minus $30 unless I stay at the property, in which case the renter will pay the lesser of either the electric bill minus $30 or half of the electric bill.
