Bedroom for rent

Hello!
I am renting a bedroom in a 3b 2b house for $1150, all utilities and WIFI included, with a $500 deposit. Brand new hard wood floors throughout entire house, new Samsung washer, dryer and stove! House has a large backyard and garage as well. The house is on Meadows Dr, so it has a great walkway with beautiful sunrises/sunsets!
I have one of the rooms, the other is rented, but he is only here Saturdays midday so it's like he's never even here.
I am looking for someone responsible and clean, we do keep the communal areas clean, so you need to be good at cleaning up after yourself. I also have 2 dogs, so I'm looking for someone who loves dogs and wouldn't mind spending time with them around (I work a LOT) but who would not be bringing any of there own or any other pets.
Also, please no cigarette smokers! I'm super sensitive to it and don't want any of the smell lingering.
