Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Fulton

Looking for roommate, female with full time job outside of working from home.
No pets and No children and No couples.
I have a kitten so must be okay with cat. my cat stays in my room when I am not home.

2 bed 2 bath apartment. You’d have your own room and bathroom with full tub. (room will be unfurnished)

The apartment itself has a dishwasher and garbage disposal and has newer appliances and a small porch.
The complex has a laundry unit, pool & hot tub, and a gym center (which happens to be right next to my apartment unit).

Overnight guests are okay every know and then. No parties.
MUST BE 420 friendly!

About me: 29 yr old female with a full time job at a boutique. Spends my time at home reading, painting, watching tv, crafts, and cooking every now and then.

In current pictures the hutch and everything in hallway is current roommates and will not stay along with tv and tv console in living room and side chair and ottoman, all art work in living room and in kitchen is also current roommates and will be removed.
Couch, lamp and coffee table in living room are mine and so is desk.
