Room Available for one full time professional

Hello,
My name is Ashly, 31 y/o and I own a 2.5 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a bonus room off of the 2nd bedroom for storage (shared) or study. My house was flipped two years ago so everything is very new still. Included in the home: washer/dryer, all stainless steel appliances, brand new landscaping finished July 2018 in front and back, and new furniture throughout the house.

Rent:
$1400 per month;
Deposit $1600 due within 2 weeks of move in date.
Included in rent: Full use of house, Water, garbage, electricity, Wifi, and direct t. v. (livingroom only).
Common items such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry soap is split 50% when needed.

prefer Non-smoker,
Guests are allowed no more than 3 days per month. I am only looking to rent to one person only.
