Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Rohnert Park

Hi! My name is Ally and I am 31 years old. I'm looking for a same-gender roommate to move into the master bedroom in the apartment I rent. The apartment is a two-bedroom two-bath apartment and you'll have your own room and bathroom to yourself. The room is about 12x12 feet, which doesn't include the bathroom or closet space. The room has two large windows, two closets with storage, and an ensuite bath. Rent includes water and garbage, with PG&E and TV being separate. You can expect to pay no more tab $80 for these and a 6-month lease is required. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
