About us:
Peter: I've been living in shared situations for 10+ years now and am friendly and clean. I am a musician and an engineer, and love being outside and sailing. Amber: birth doula and student midwife loves being outside, dancing, and practices yoga daily. (downstairs)
Housemate #2 - self described solar hippie. He is into green tech, gaming, and hanging out with his gf in santa Rosa. Last roommate is a graphic designer. She is also majorly into dance and travels around norcal for it. We're all in our 20s/30s.

About house:
Large 2450 square feet with lots of elbow room in the upstairs and the kitchen. Vaulted ceilings all over and bright. Nice useable back yard. 5 bed 2.5 bath. We?re in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a 20 minute walk to downtown Cotati (or a 3 minute drive). Street parking is readily available. Walk to Oliver's market, gym, starbucks, massage envy etc.
Rooms available are medium and medium large size upstairs. Good view of mountains and trees. Current roommate moving in with his girlfriend! Congrats to them. Available furnished or unfurnished. One has vaulted ceilings ($820), the other regular ($775)

What we are looking for:
Seeking individuals who are healthy, respectful, value community and communications within the living dynamics, and drama free. No smoking, couples, pets, or children. We value cleanliness and thoughtful consideration. We would love to play music, cook, and hang together but obviously respect privacy and space. Quiet times are 10pm-9am.
