The room comes furnished or unfurnished.. Utilities usually run $100 a month. Per person. Private parking.
Our home was built in 1990 out of the flood plain. At worst in 1980 there was flooding up to 45 feet.
We occupy and own the home. We are a married couple and are LGBTQ friendly.
No smoking inside but outside is fine.
We are good friendly guys.
Potential roommate preferably employed and people friendly.
We have two 8 year old trained beagles. Both quiet and friendly.
Alcohol and 420 use is cool all other drugs we want nothing to do with.
